Level Up is hosting skills and open gym for any youth girls interested in June!

All levels will skill for 20-30 minutes and then run games.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Ages 10+

Private training is ideal for those looking to be a game changer.  Each 60 minute session is intimate and fast pace, allowing for more opportunity in repetitions and detail. Develop a competitors mindset, improve your weakness, and gain your confidence.

SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS

Ages 11+

Open workouts are ideal for those looking to grow their skill set while working and learning from others. All 75 minute sessions are dedicated toward improvement of the player's individual skill and decision making. These are for serious players who want to dedicate themselves to getting better.

Our mission is to maximize each player’s potential with frequent exposure to a competitive environment relative to their skill level, size and strength, while stressing teamwork, fundamentals, and a disciplined work ethic.
